2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products on the dorlanehair.fr website between DORLANE HAIR and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products
DORLANE HAIR sells synthetic lace front wigs and hair extension accessories. Products are described with the greatest care. Minor color variations may exist between photos and the received product due to different screen display settings.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). DORLANE HAIR reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of order validation.
5. Order and Payment
The order is validated after payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secured via Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS standard).
6. Delivery
Products are shipped from a European warehouse. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 8 working days for mainland France. DORLANE HAIR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Free delivery is offered for purchases over 60€ in France.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU and article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except for defective products.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and verification of the return, using the same payment method as used for the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (logo, texts, visuals, DORLANE HAIR brand name) is the exclusive property of Irice Dorlane Ngatchieu and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer can first contact DORLANE HAIR customer service via contact@dorlanehair.fr. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Lyon will be seized. French law is applicable.
